Increased errors sending SMS in North America

    SMS sending is back to normal.

    Some North American phone networks are encountering increased errors across both our primary and secondary SMS providers. Currently this is affected ~2% of attempted SMS sends.

    We're working with our providers to improve deliverability; we will continue to monitor.
